These are the principles AIOptiva’s coverage operates under. This policy will evolve as the publication grows.
Accuracy first
We aim to get things right the first time. Claims of fact are checked against primary or high-authority sources before publication. When we're uncertain, we say so rather than guess.
Source quality
We prioritize primary sources — company announcements, research papers, filings, and direct statements — over secondary reporting. When we rely on other outlets, we credit them and evaluate their reliability before citing them.
AI-assisted workflow, human oversight
AIOptiva uses AI extensively as editorial technology: for research assistance, drafting, and production. We do not disguise this. Every article that uses AI assistance passes through human editorial review before publication — for accuracy, tone, and judgment that AI alone cannot provide. AI drafts a story; it does not decide what AIOptiva publishes.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it and note that a correction was made. Material errors are corrected as soon as we're aware of them. We don't quietly edit published claims of fact without disclosure.
Conflicts of interest
Where AIOptiva or its contributors have a financial or material relationship relevant to a story — for example, a tool we're reviewing — we disclose it plainly in the article.
Independence in reviews and comparisons
Our reviews and comparisons reflect our own editorial assessment. We do not accept payment in exchange for a favorable review, ranking, or comparison outcome.
